With the excellent help from the Adelphia staff, leasing consultant Patti showing me all the available apartments in my price range at times that were accommodating to my work schedule. Patti also explained the new lease and end of lease process in great detail. I also received great service from the property manager Kathy on the day of the lease signing she was very helpful explaining the T and C's of the contract, also arranging the repair man and freight elevator access.

The Adelphia house has been a great place to live and I look forward to continue my residence. If you enjoy the center city nightlife along with easy access to shops, restaurants, bars and local businesses the Adelphia house has a prime location. I have lived in Adelphia House for almost three years and it is the best decision I have ever made. My apartment is quiet and I enjoy the convenience of living here. Since I moved in they have continued to make improvements.

They have replaced the hallway carpets on my floor and installed new laundry equipment. Any time I have needed a repair, they handled it courteously and promptly. The staff has been friendly and helpful. I also have never had any issues with my fellow tenants. They mostly seem to be students but I do see some older people in the building.

I have never hesitated in recommending the building to my friends. I also plan to stay here for the long haul since this part of Center City is continuing to attract new development to make it an even better place to live. Skip to main content.
