Here is the thing about car rentals. Do they not understand that we already waited 30 min on a Enterprise bus that went to a thousand terminals to finally reach the location? I seriously dont think anyone wants to chat or wait in line. Maybe they should learn from the Company they bought National and give me a stall with the keys on the car so I can get on my way.

They also have self service kiosks as well. The people who helped us all the way through were all friendly and very nice. We got choice between a few cars which was nice and ended up with a Nissan Versa which ended up working great for us.
