Boutique Assistants will be asked to support daily presentations and VIP presentations, coordinate and communicate with other Boutique Assistants to ensure floor coverage and perform back office and administrative tasks as needed while complying with confidentiality and security guidelines. Boutique Assistants are responsible for proper handling of morning jewelry set up and evening jewelry puling as well as back stock maintenance. Boutique Assistants will be asked to accurately backfill POS stations and desks and maintain a strong partnership with Management and Boutique Administrators to ensure merchandise is kept in proper condition.
A Boutique Assistant is responsible for greeting clients and assisting with Reception duties. A Boutique Assistant is required to be able to multitask and remain organized with multiple projects. A Boutique Assistant needs to have strong computer skills and have excellent communication and verbal skills. SAP knowledge and the ability to speak multiple languages is a plus.
