We went there to celebrate our marriage anniversary. The staffs were excellent. The food in the salad bar were fresh. The steaks were serving in a good interval. We had a very good time. And delicious desserts.
Their servers was so very nice and courteous. Overall, an outstanding experience. The staff always makes you feel welcome and are very accommodating! If you want something different and a great experience for a large group, I highly suggest this restaurant. Our daughter chose it for her high school Graduation dinner instead of a party, and they have two private rooms for use.

Make sure you try the Caipirinha drink, especially since summer is here! So yummy and refreshing! It was terrific. And Tony our waiter was awesome. He took care of us the entire evening. It was not close to what we have had in the past. We will not be returning. Too expensive for the level of food. This was our first time trying Texas de Brazil and we loved it! Over all not a bad experience because of the manager on duty, I understand it was busy for a week night but man were staff taking for ever to get to you and get you a plate so meat could arrive at your table. Few complained my table and the one next to me waited mins to get a plate almost got up and got our own plate. Wonderful dining experience and I will definitely be back! They kept bringing the cuts I liked at the level of doneness that I requested until I threw the towel in.
Service was excellent, can't wait to return! After checking in, reservation seemed to get lost. Had to wait nearly an hour to get seated. Downstairs is loud. Felt very rushed. I get they want to turn tables, but when you are dropping nearly a bill per plate, it would be nice to relax and enjoy the dinner. Ten year old daughter was charged as an adult.
Good food just felt very crammed. Music was too loud. We could barely hear each other talk. Meat was okay but some cuts of meat were really tough. When we got seated our waitress asked us if we wanted our meats medium rare like they do and told us we could get it more done. We asked for medium but they never brought medium meats. Waitress was great though. This was a wonderful choice for dinner. They even made our anniversary extra special when they wrote a personalized message on our dessert plate!
I absolutely loved my visit! He had wonderful customer service! He was in constant communication with us! The food was absolutely amazing. We really enjoyed it! Will come back! The food and service were outstanding. The salad bar was well stocked and varied, the meats were perfectly seasoned and delicious. The manager even helped us find a parking place. Robert is a great waiter.
He is the rulebook, the yardstick, and the end all where waiters are concerned. Was seated in an undesirable location. Also mentioned we were celebrating a birthday and would prefer a better location. Not only that, but our baby was placed in a high chair at the corner of the table, as that was the only space left in this tiny corner of the restaurant. Was kindly given a preferred table, but table time limit was shortened.
We agreed to shortened time, but came across many issues that made meeting time constraint impossible. Meat was tough. Had to repeatedly ask waitress for needed items. Only got five pieces of meat before we were rushed off. Despite bringing this to the attention of management, was basically told how we were wrong. The waitress offered dessert for our birthday guest. When dessert was brought out, it was brought in a to go box. We were completely embarrassed. We were treated like we were at a common restaurant.
However, we had to pay luxury prices. Phone number to restaurant does not work. Management contacted us, not to work out the problem, but to tell us how wrong we were. Money would be better spent at other restaurants in the downtown area.
This is not how the restaurant used to be when we first started visiting 10 years ago. It has gone downhill. If you have not tried Brazilian BBQ you must try this. It was a delightful experience. Steaks were pretty good, especially the prime rib! Definitely my wife's favorite. Service was not on par with the restaurant. I definitely expected more but I would say it was barely adequate.
Our server was not as attentive with the drinks and just general service. He could have been overloaded with too many tables. I would go back again.
Just too good not to!! Food took a while to get to us but other than that it was a very good experience. This was our first time, and it won't be our last. Have been here a total of 3 times, first time was the absolute best.
Quiet atmosphere, everything was hot and fresh, our waiter stayed with us the entire time and was extremely respectful and attentive.
The second experience was in december around christmas, I understand it was busy and the service was a bit choppy. They skipped over us a few times, the check took a long long time to come back, and they also seemed irritated with us.
This last visit is what broke my image of this place. It was lunch time, we went in and had a super kind waiter. He actually was the first one there to ever offer us sauces for our meats. Excellent waiter, kept up with refills and asked us how everything was multiple times. We said yes and he took all our empty plates and never came back.
The next time he saw us was when he dropped off the check at the table while we went to get desert. How rude, the reservation was at 12 noon and we were already done about It was not even an hour. I wish he could have been more patient with us, or even asked if we were finished with the plates on our table. There was still food on them. But I digress, food was excellent, service was ehh.
Ill think about making a 4th trip, maybe not. This is one of our favorate places to eat. The food is good and the service is great. Over all dining experience very good. Will go back. Was disappointed with overall experience. Food was ok but some of meat we were offered was dried out. Most had good flavor. Salad bar was good but limited options compared to others that we have dined at. Service started out good but then we had to wait for refills and meat.
The last 20 minutes we had the card on green, all of the servers walked all around us but quit stopping to offer us meat. I didn't have dessert but everyone else at the table thought it was great. I gave up and asked for the check. I did inform the waiter about our issue and he was apologetic. Even offering to take off of our tab. However that wasnt what I was after but did appreciate the offer. After we paid out he did return with a I think the place has potential, we may have just been on a miss night.
I would give it another chance. As we all know sometimes things just don't go right all the time. And the fact that the waiter seemed concerned with our issue, seems that they have a standard they expect to achieve.
We did not have a great experience. We had an reservation and did not get seated until around Fortunately, we were seated by the clean plates and water pitchers because we had to get our own clean plates after salad and our own refills which lasted until the pitchers were empty. Really impressed with this new restaurant. Frisco is not known for having many great restaurants, let alone independents, but this one I….
