Fort worth military school

Over boys from each of the 50 states and internationally have changed the course of their lives at Gateway Boys Academy. As part of the nationally recognized Teen Challenge program, Gateway Boys Academy serves teenagers ages 11 to 17 who have made rebellious choices in life. Our campus is located in the panhandle of Florida, and our academy is reachable from Fort Worth, Texas and cities across the nation.

While the program is very disciplined and structured, we focus on demonstrating the love of God to every cadet, surrounding him with compassionate care. Many of our staff have been in your place, either having completed a similar program themselves or having enrolled a son of their own in our military school in the past.

Teens start in our basic training platoon with the supervision of drill instructors. For the initial months, physical training, a packed schedule, attention to neatness and chores give them structure and establish order in their lives. They learn to stop struggling against authority and start to gain confidence by mastering challenges that are constructive as an alternative to their previously destructive activities.

Eventually they promote to higher levels, obtaining privileges and responsibilities in the process. The trusted students are eligible for off-campus sports, outreaches, and travel.
