They are all garbage and bad influences ". People are willing to help you out and lend a ladder or cup of flour. Things like Halloween decor and Christmas decor bring cheer to the neighborhood.

I have some of the nicest neighbors around me everybody knows your name mine's their own business and is willing to help when you need it. I have lived here 57 years and it has always been this way.

But I love Lincoln Park and feel that it could be a good place to live with some help. There are summer concerts at the bandshell with affordable concessions. The schools are located within the neighborhood so you can walk or bike easily to school. Most sidewalks evenly paved and near grass. Nice neighbors, not much crime here.

Quiet neighbors. It's a typical downriver city. Good coffee shop on Fort St. Resident 3y ago. Close to shops and restaurants and surrounding towns. Detroit river within walking distance. No dogs wandering when walking the dogs. People keep their dog leashed when walking their dogs, it makes it much safer.

People are dog friendly and a lot of people walk their dogs on the streets. Streets aren't very crowded or backed up. Navigation is easier than most areas. Construction plays a role.
