Fitness center was dismal to say the least and we didn't even see or know about a pool. Forget laundry service if you needed it. No housekeeping which was understandable but this was not made aware. The room was clean but we found a used floss pick on the floor and the Kuerig machine did not work.

We even signed up for the Royal Sonesta Travel Pass before arriving but that was never mentioned as a perk nor were we asked about it. When we expressed our disappointment and concern to the front desk manager and guest service manager and there was a lot of "we understand" but their response lacked the action to do anything about it or make us feel welcomed to want to return again. It's in a great spot and their housekeeping and one or two of their front desk workers were friendly and accommodating but that's about all they have going right now.

Management needs improvement on customer relations. A simple gesture could have gone a long way. We hope they improve but doubt we will be back nor recommend to anyone. There are plenty of hotels in the area that have made a more impressionable and favorable attitude towards their returning guests. I will not return to this location.
