I encourage you to buy prints through me, but you have full printing rights with a vendor of your choice. From the online gallery, your friends and family can purchase photos from the wedding or photobooth, or download free copies. The remaining balance is due on or before the day of the wedding. I also take payments in installments throughout the year prior, if needed.

Each wedding package includes professional photo editing to adjust color temperature, contrast, curves, brightness and to make photos look sharp and give them that Oh! In addition, each package includes a selection of editorial and creative edits with more dramatic color adjustments. I often give clients multiple versions of my favorite images: a nice clean color edit, a beautiful vintage edit, and a black and white when it fits the image right.
If the client prefers, they may also have all of the unedited files so that they don't miss a single moment of their wedding. Finished edited weddings are hosted in public galleries on my website, and I use favorite images on my Facebook page. If you'd like to quarantine your images for your eyes only, please let me know.

January through March is off-peak season, and is a perfect time to ask us to build a custom discounted package. We also love mid-week weddings. A post-wedding portrait session is a session where you get your hair and makeup done again, perhaps buy new flowers, and we shoot you in your wedding day attire in beautiful locations we couldn't have gotten to on a wedding day. This is a great add-on session for clients, it's also a great option for budget clients to book instead of wedding day coverage.

In addition to weddings, I love to shoot portraits for many different kinds of clients. My specialties are family portraits, couple's and engagement portraits, and senior portraits. For most of my portrait sessions, I work with clients to pick a good, outdoor location to take warmly lit natural portraits against urban or rural landscapes. For family portraits, my goal is to create a quick experience for families with children under 3, and create a fun experience for families with older children.
Our goal is to get a couple picture frame perfect shots of everyone smiling and looking at the camera, but then the rest of the session is more candid and lifestyle photography oriented. I love getting the kids involved in the shoot, letting them express their true personalities.

I also enjoy candid lifestyle photography sessions in people's homes, this is great for families with small children and couples moving into a new home, anyone who would like photojournalistic photos of life at home. Lifestyle sessions can also be done at an event that you like to attend, anything from the Kaw Valley Farm Tour to the Hot Air Balloon rallies in KC and Topeka, to the County Fair--I am always excited and interesting in doing more photojournalistic types of coverage of families in their element doing fun things together.
Life is so much more than making kids all smile at the camera in same moment, if this is all you want out of your session, we prefer that you hire a different company.
