My experience with this dealer was sweet and sour. Sweet: The salesman Josh Kern. Excellent person and a pleasure to work with. I do recommend him hands down. She was polite and very professional.

Although I do understand her job is to close the deal and sell overpriced products, she allowed me all the time I needed to read all documents without interruption and answered all my questions in a very cordial and precise manner.

She made the process very easy. Sour: Now, I do understand the sales manager job is to make a profit for a dealer, but I felt somewhat insulted in the negotiation process by the manager. I am a serious buyer with an excellent credit score and asked for dealer quotes for either financing or lease, to be replied by offers with rates with the obvious intention to make a bigger profit than what is fair.

Not cool. But brought my own financing I advise you to do so with an excellent rate. I am happy with the purchase. Lukewarm feeling about this dealer.
